Hi, my name is Adrian Meissner.
I moved to the Valley 25 years ago chasing the rapids of the Madawaska River. I’ve had a passion for sharing the beauty and wonder of the area with visitors ever since. With a degree in Tourism Management and a Bachelors of Education, I managed an outdoor education centre for over two decades where I was responsible for ensuring 600 acres of property and 15,000 sq/ft of facilities were well kept and ready to welcome guests.
About 6 years ago I decided to remortgage my house and buy a second property. I started spending weekends there in a trailer while renting my house on short term vacation rental sites. In the winter, I took ski trips and holidays south. Renting my place afforded me vacations and extra cash flow. I loved hearing the stories of people enjoying my property and the surrounding area.
So, I decided to make a living helping other people earn money from their existing property. I get to promote the area to visitors, host guests and take care of beautiful properties. What could be better!
